The Systems & Integrations Sales Manager (m/f/d) EMEA will be responsible for developing business relationships and networks for the Systems & Integrations market in EMEA. This role works to deploy Evident’s marketing plan in tandem with the Evident Systems & Integrations global sales team and provides guidance to local sales teams and distributors towards achieving maximum growth while maintaining profitability in line with company goals and objectives. In collaboration with the local and global technical sales team, the Systems & Integrations Sales Manager promotes Evident’s leading technology in the EMEA market and supports distributors for a better understanding of the End-Users‘ requirements.

Working in a branch Sales office, the Systems & Integrations Sales Manager will travel frequently to visit potential customers. This position reports to the Head of NDT Systems & Integration Sales EMEA.

Responsibilities

  1. Frequently visit existing and potential customers to promote Evident’s leading technologies in the EMEA market.
  2. Make an accurate sales forecast and report consistently on a monthly basis to headquarters.
  3. Coordinate local sales activities for Systems & Integrations opportunities in collaboration with the Evident global sales team.
  4. Support and guide distributors to provide adequate inspection solutions to the End-Users‘ requirements.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  6. Collect all marketing information to build a SWOT analysis of the EMEA market.
  7. Develop Integrators sales network further in EMEA for the sale of integrated instrumentations and manage the large systems distribution channel.
  8. Investigate the NDT needs in the targeted industries of the Evident strategic plan.

Requirements

  1. Strong interpersonal skills.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The person must be able to provide detailed, written reports that effectively communicate the needs of customers and market situation.
  3. Ability to multi-task.
  4. Must have the ability to organize and prioritize.
  5. Good English communication is required.
  6. Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements in at least one of the following industries: steel manufacturing, transport, aerospace, oil & gas, and power generation.
  7. Excel in a fast-paced environment; self-motivation is a must.
  8. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
