Your Responsibilities
- Leadership and Development: Lead a team of approximately 50 highly skilled professionals. Foster a motivating work environment that supports growth and excellence.
- Excellence in Analysis: Plan, coordinate, and ensure the execution of identity, purity, and content determination using advanced analytical methods (NMR, wet chemistry, chromatographic techniques) in compliance with ISO17025, ISO17034, and GMP guidelines (EXiPACT).
- Quality and Safety: Optimise and oversee safety and quality standards while contributing to cross-departmental problem-solving initiatives.
- Strategy and Implementation: Define and implement strategic and operational goals in collaboration with your team.
- Processes and Innovation: Monitor and enhance key quality management processes (e.g., equipment qualification, method validation) and drive the continuous improvement of our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Your Profile
- A degree in analytical chemistry, pharmacy, food chemistry, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- Expertise in conducting, evaluating, and assessing identity and content determination, including method development and validation.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a pronounced service-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving and results-driven thinking, coupled with an understanding of economic contexts.
- Proficiency in working with ERP, chromatography, and LIMS systems.
- Fluency in both English and German.
