German Speaking Business Development Representative
Join a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to redefining hotel operations through a hotel management platform. Our client is looking for a German speaking Business Development Representative to drive the organisational growth through prospecting and qualifying new leads.
Applications are being considered for Germany (fully remote); Breda, the Netherlands; Lisbon, Portugal. Please note that for all the other locations other than Germany, working from the office 5 days a week will be required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and following up on outbound leads
- Keeping CRM up-to-date
- Creating and delivering targeted email marketing campaigns in the appointed market, while managing performances
- Qualifying outbound and inbound leads
- Keeping up to date with the market and trends
- Working with sales and marketing team to drive sales strategies
About you:
You are a highly motivated individual, with a sales-driven mindset. You excel in communication and relationship-building, with the ability to play a vital part in the sales team and the overall business. You thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Profile:
- Fluent in German mandatory for the role, written and spoken
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- 1-3 years previous experience working in a Sales, Business Development role, ideally within Hospitality or SaaS
- Sales-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
