Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.
The Global Emergency Solutions Specialist will oversee the management and coordination of urgent cargo transportation across a diverse range of commodities, serving all our global industrial verticals and beyond. The primary mode of transport will be airfreight, often requiring seamless integration with pre-carriage and on-forwarding solutions.
In this role, the Specialist must ensure timely quotation, pick up, delivery and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction, requiring a deep understanding of global logistics, airfreight operations, and the capability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The focused products will be “NFO -Next Flight Out”, “OBC – On Board Courier” and “SCH – Small Charter” Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a tailored transportation solution based on the customers’ requirements.
- Ensure the seamless execution of time-critical airfreight shipments, from initial booking to final delivery, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and client specifications.
- Continuously track the status of all active shipments to provide real-time updates as well as proactively identify upcoming issues during the transport chain and execute corrective actions to ensure safe and timely delivery of the cargo.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documents, including airwaybills and documents provided by the customer.
- Collaborate closely with countries and branches in the EU and overseas.
Language Skills:
Able to read, write, speak, analyze, and interpret moderate business correspondence in English.

- Willing and able to work in shifts (MON-SUN, daytime max 0600-2200).
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- This role requires the ability to work in and access airfreight-secured environments, in accordance with the regulations of the country where the employee is based.
- IATA HazMat training will be required, and training course will be arranged if not certified at this time.
- The role requires the employee to meet the conditions of the aviation security programs of the countries covered for the position.
