To strengthen the cyber security capabilities of the bank, we are looking for a Technical Information Security Officer (f/m/d) in Berlin.
Aufgabengebiet
- Manage the IT security roadmap, ensuring the protection of data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Continuously monitor and assess security threats, delivering actionable insights and guidance to mitigate risks effectively.
- Define security requirements and collaborate with development teams to translate them into practical solutions.
- Perform thorough reviews and validations of key deliverables, such as security concepts, monitoring plans, and access management strategies, while ensuring robust documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute as a trusted expert in security discussions, partnering with cross-functional teams (CSO) to uphold high security standards.

- A degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in IT security.
- A solid grasp of IT security frameworks and expertise in risk management, threat assessment, and mitigating vulnerabilities, with hands-on knowledge of attack strategies and defenses.
- Proven experience in managing cloud infrastructure technologies, along with proficiency in mobile application development, operating systems, and secure configurations.
- Strong analytical abilities paired with excellent communication skills to bridge technical concepts and business priorities across diverse audiences.
- A team-first attitude, a passion for innovative solutions, and the ability to communicate effectively in English (German is a plus).
