Job Description
- Administer, maintain, and support Level 2 & 3 IT infrastructure systems (cloud, virtual servers, backups, telecom, mobility).
- Lead the Service Desk team, set priorities, and ensure top-notch end-user support.
- Ensure IT operations adhere to company processes to meet SLA and organizational objectives.
- Continuously enhance end-user experience, system availability, and performance in line with company SLA and KPIs.
- Analyze, design, and implement new technical solutions.
- Create and maintain IT documentation, including inventories, diagrams, and procedures.
- Gather requirements and successfully manage IT infrastructure projects (software and hardware).
- Define and maintain the IT infrastructure project roadmap.
- Manage external service providers, ensuring they meet company expectations.
- Provide ad hoc support to remote affiliates for IT infrastructure installation and maintenance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned, based on skills and company needs.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including team management.
- Proficiency in French and English; German is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure, and hardware administration.
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (MD365).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to analyze, design, and implement technical solutions.
