We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to take our sales efforts to the next level. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines, growing our client base and revenue while laying the groundwork to potentially step into a Head of Sales position. You’ll take charge of our sales process, help us scale operations, and be instrumental in GlassDollar’s success. With plenty of opportunities for growth and performance-based rewards, this role is perfect for someone who wants to make a big impact.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Success: Own the entire sales journey—from finding leads to closing deals with corporate clients—and improve conversion rates along the way.
- Build Relationships: Engage with potential clients, champion startup partnerships, and create long-term collaborations that fuel recurring revenue.
- Optimize Sales Strategies: Refine processes, develop killer sales scripts, and identify ways to make our operations leaner and more effective.
- Customize Solutions: Navigate our suite of offerings with a focus on setting up Venture Clienting Units to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients across industries and regions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our CEO and Senior Innovation Project Manager to shift from founder-led sales to a scalable, team-driven approach. Partner with marketing and product teams to align efforts and position GlassDollar for growth.
- Lay the Foundation for Leadership: Help shape the sales organization, contributing to team growth and eventually stepping into a leadership role.
Your profile
- Experience: Solid B2B sales experience with a proven record of closing five- or six-figure deals in SaaS or professional services in the DACH region (services or software) with a strong network among German corporates, ideally to Innovation Units. Bonus points if you know venture clienting and the startup ecosystem.
- Persuasive communicator: Exceptional communication skills and a natural talent for building strong, lasting relationships.
- Driven: An ambitious go-getter with an unstoppable passion for closing deals, as fierce and focused as a tiger on the hunt.
- Traits: An ambitious professional with sharp negotiation skills, creative adaptability, a genuine passion for technology and innovation, and an enthusiasm for metrics and data-driven success.
- Mindset: You’re entrepreneurial, data-driven, and focused on results, with an eye on strategic growth and leadership potential.
