About this vacancy
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for functional business analysis, requirements definition, and validation for Information Solutions projects. To do so, you will collaborate closely with the supply chain operations teams and be involved in Project Management. You will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Business Process Analysis and System expertise:
Develop breadth and depth of knowledge, both system and process, in assigned functional areas, with a holistic view across broad processes and systems.
Analyze cross-functional workflow processes across organizations.
Work with users to identify and recommend desired process modifications and enhancements.
Document business processes and associated data.
Delivery of system knowledge on projects to new and existing users of new workflow processes and Information Solutions systems.
Keeping customers informed of business analysis work progress.
Meeting regularly with customers and IT Management to discuss, prioritize and report on application enhancements.
Maintaining and enforcing existing technology and documentation strategy. - Customer Support Services:
Respond to incident requests.
Engage users in reporting the issues, document issue resolution and close the user tickets according to the agreed timeframes.
Collaborate with the System Analyst to implement process and system improvements. - Project Execution, Controlling and Closing:
Develop Project timelines and deliverables.
Apply change management procedures on projects to control scope.
Work with customers and IT Management and apply established mechanisms for tracking business requirements throughout the life of Information Solutions projects. - Requirements and Quality Management:
Lead associates and management users in review of business requirements.
Collaborate with associates to develop user acceptance test objectives, test plans, and scripts. - Work Management:
Planning and estimating business analysis.
Meeting project quality, schedule, and cost commitments.
Permanent contract, 40 hours and 30 vacation days.
Start date: As soon as possible.
What we expect from you
You graduated with a Bachelor’s degree. You have more than 3-5 years of experience related to enterprise-level (ERP) business analysis.
You have solid experience in Project Management.
You have excellent communication and organizational skills. You are solution-oriented and can quickly adapt to a new environment. You have a strong team spirit.
You master Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Visio, and JD Edwards software by Oracle.
You have a good command of English as well as German (B2/C1).
You are ready to travel.
