Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has two locations. Audi’s Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group’s Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team – and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
- Responsible for all vehicle components in the suspension area
- Oversee the suspension department and act as deputy for the team leader
- Manage maintenance and modifications of vehicle parts before and during the season
- Maintain oversight of parts management, including the introduction of new components
- Ensure cleanliness and order in the workspace, including tools and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times (tools and equipment)
Your profile
- Minimum of 3–4 years of professional experience in motorsport with a focus on suspension or in comparable fields
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills, process-oriented mindset, and disciplined work approachFormularende
- Very good knowledge of German and English
