We are a Munich-based climate tech company and looking for a startup and impact enthausiastic working student or intern.
nuuEnergy is the all-in-one provider that plans, finances, installs, powers, and optimizes heat pump-based heating systems, cutting housing C02 emissions by up to 90%.

You want to learn how a company really works? This role is ideal for a student seeking hands-on experience in finance, operational processes and administration within a dynamic work environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our internal operations and gain valuable insights from financial processes to asset management to legal topics.
Tasks
Finance & reporting:
- Assist in preparatory bookkeeping tasks (Vorbereitende Buchhaltung), including organizing invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Contribute to financial reporting by gathering and analyzing data for monthly or quarterly updates, internal as well as for investors.
- Set up and enhance digital processes enabling automation.
- Manage our yearly financial auditing in collaboration with our founding team and tax advisory.
- Conduct our yearly ESG reporting in collaboration with our investors.
Asset Management:
- Support the onboarding of employees, including equipment procurement, allocation and documentation.
- Manage company assets such as cars and equipment, ensuring records are up-to-date and costs under control.
Payroll and Insurance:
- Collaborate with our payroll provider to ensure timely processing of employee compensation, bonus paymenets etc.
- Assist with insurance-related administration, including renewals, claims, and correspondence.
Administrative Support:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as inbox, filing and organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in coordinating and improving internal processes to enhance operational efficiency. Work with the leadership team on the execution of specific legal projects.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in dealing with numbers and conducting project management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Team Player who contributes to a collaborative and fun work environment.
- Minimum availability of 4 months.
- Based in Munich.
- Fluency in German (C1+)
