We are a Munich-based climate tech company and looking for a startup and impact enthausiastic working student or intern.
nuuEnergy is the all-in-one provider that plans, finances, installs, powers, and optimizes heat pump-based heating systems, cutting housing C02 emissions by up to 90%.
Founded by an experienced team of serial entrepreneurs, we are backed by leading European VCs and Angels. We are an early-stage startup so this is your chance to become part of the journey before it becomes “the next big thing”.
You want to learn how a company actually makes money? This role is perfect for a student eager to gain practical experience in managing government subsidy applications, project invoicing, and customer-oriented after-sales activities. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Tasks
Subsidy Application and Processing:
- Review, process, and manage customer subsidy applications.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and complies with relevant regulations.
Billing and Project Accounting:
- Handle project invoicing and prepare accurate customer invoices.
- Monitor invoicing schedules and follow up on outstanding payments or corrections.
After-Sales Support:
- Support the sales and opertions team in specific project related requests.
- Address customer inquiries related to subsidies, invoices, or project documentation.
Collaboration with Operations:
- Work with the Operations team to prepare and manage acceptance protocols.
- Support cross-functional coordination (sales, operations) to ensure smooth project closures and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Project and time management skills.
- Team Player who contributes to a collaborative and fun work environment.
- Minimum availability of 4 months.
- Based in Munich.
- Fluency in German (C1+)
