Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety & Environment:
- Assisting the Plant Manager in establishing, implementing, and developing plant health & safety policies and procedures to achieve best results in achieving zero accidents and in reducing energy usage.
Quality:
- Assisting the Plant Managers in establishing, maintaining, and developing an effective working relationship with all key stakeholders and providing direction, leadership, and support to the team to enable the plant to deliver quality products and projects.
- You work on processes and continuous improvement projects, reviewing lean and best practices and translating important objectives into local plant-based targets.
- You are looking for capex and other projects and ensuring that the plant meets the agreed output requirements.
People:
- You assist the Plant Manager in building strong teams.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years job-related experience at senior management level in a unionized environment.
- Understanding of 24/7/365 5 shift pattern operation and high volume/scale effect.
- Experience close to the shop floor operation and understanding of people drivers and machinery.
- Proven leadership skills to build effective teams.
- Customer-focused, self-driven, dynamic personality with a strategic approach.
- English and German at an advanced level.
