Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our recruitment processes and elevating our candidate experience to the highest caliber. This role requires a passionate, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong team player, and skilled in using talent and market research to identify talent opportunities, particularly within the mobile gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement strategic in-depth talent research and sourcing methodologies to establish a strong candidate pipeline for key roles.
  2. Work collaboratively with hiring managers and teams to refine recruitment tactics and understand each role’s technical and cultural nuances.
  3. Leverage analytics and talent acquisition metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve process efficiencies.
  4. Engage in candidate relationship management, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  5. Identify and implement new tools, mainly AI-driven, to ensure we are ahead of the curve.
  6. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle, promoting our employer brand and owning recruitment and selection processes, including interviews, screening calls, and assessments.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in tech recruitment, especially in a scale-up environment.
  2. Strong understanding of various sourcing tactics and platforms, with a track record of successful placements.
  3. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced recruitment technologies.
  4. High emotional intelligence, with exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Fluent in English.
  6. Data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging metrics to guide hiring decisions.
