Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the Change Management process while providing change management support to the Project’s team.
- Monitor the project in its different areas to detect and highlight potential changes (deviations to the budget and variations to contracts).
- Coordinate and facilitate the involvement of the parties to clarify, document, report and implement changes.
- Analyse, classify and assign the changes to the adequate approval level to subsequently process them.
- Implement approved changes.
- Produce change related ad-hoc and month-end/executive reports.
- Maintain and improve the change Management system/process.
- Work with ‘Cost Control Manager’ to understand the approved project’s budget, the forecast, and the impact of changes.
- Collaborate with ‘Cost Control Manager’, ‘Project Planner’ and ‘Risk Manager’ to understand project issues and monitor their progress.
Profile
- Master of Engineering, Business Management degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven experience in Project management of offshore wind projects.
- Previous experience in Change Management process.
- Proven significant experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
