About the Role
Our National Client offers simplified employee management services including salary packaging, novated leasing and fleet management with a commitment to service excellence, employee engagement and innovation. They are an award-winning organisation for business innovation, service excellence, diversity and inclusion, and are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to complement their Senior Leadership team, with proven history of success leading growth businesses.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic & Proactive Leadership : Develop and execute a robust strategic plan to deliver on significant growth goals for the fleet division.
- Customer Service : Maintain high levels of corporate customer satisfaction by providing reliable, efficient and value-added fleet services.
- Customer Acquisition & Proactive Growth Management : Lead the sales process for significant contract opportunities and collaborate internally to optimize outcomes.
- Fleet Operations : Oversee the cost-effective acquisition of mobile assets, monitor fleet performance metrics, and seek improvements to enhance efficiencies.
- Leadership : Lead leaders, promoting a ‘servant leader’ environment that fosters engagement and capability.
- Vendor Management : Strengthen and expand relationships with existing vendors and suppliers.
- Budget Management : Manage the P&L for the division, ensuring effective cost control and financial efficiencies.
