Your Tasks
- Identification and assessment of IT risks as well as development and implementation of risk mitigation measures
- Creation of a consolidated IT risk perspective at the group level
- Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of relevant IT controls
- Utilisation and further development of the group-wide GRC tool with a focus on IT risk management
- Development of proposals for the advancement of group-wide IT risk management policies
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry-specific standards related to IT risk management

Your Profile
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Security, or a comparable qualification
- Extensive professional experience in IT service management , IT audit , and/or IT risk management , along with in-depth knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and procedures
- Experience in conducting risk analyses and assessments
- Strong understanding of IT software, IT infrastructure, networks, end-user security, and threat protection solutions
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA, ITIL) and knowledge of the insurance industry or regulated sectors are advantageous
- Structured, team-oriented working style combined with a high level of initiative and flexibility
- Strong communication skills in English ; an additional CEE language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the CEE region (approximately 25%)
The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 70,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we\’re happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
