The Role
The Medical Director will collaborate with account managers to engage clients, evaluate healthcare practices, and identify consultancy opportunities. Key responsibilities:
- Engage in client consulting projects
- Collaborate with Practice Manager and Engagement Director to drive growth and develop solutions
- Define solutions and delivery milestones with the client team
- Provide consulting documentation and tools for regional projects
- Participate in Health Consulting Practice calls, events, and meetings
- Monitor local health consulting topics like pandemics, regional health threats, and trends in infectious and non-communicable diseases
About you:
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in General Practice or another area of clinical medicine, Medical Administration or Healthcare Management
- Qualification or experience in Occupational Health is required
- Full unconditional registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner
- Full working rights in Australia
- Professional written and verbal communication skills and customer/client focused
