This Role Is About:

As aTalent Acquisition Sourcer , your mission is to identify and attractexceptional IT talent in competitive and emergingEuropean markets with a focus on theUK, Baltics, Netherlands, Germany , and beyond. Alongside IT sourcing, you’ll support high-priority roles across various departments. This is a contractor role with a focus on independence and fast impact. Your success will directly influence our ability to build talent pipelines that fuel our growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Talent Sourcing Initiatives
  • Focus on sourcingIT professionals in key European markets while supporting high-priority roles in other departments.
  • Proactively identify candidates using platforms such asLinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards , and niche talent communities.
  • Expand Talent Pools
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline ofpassive candidates for immediate hiring needs and future opportunities.
    • Drive growth by adding50+ qualified candidates per quarter to recruitment funnels.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders
    • Partner withrecruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand job requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies.
    • Provide actionable insights onmarket trends, talent availability , and sourcing challenges.
  • Ensure Recruitment Excellence
    • Coordinateinterview scheduling and managecandidate communications in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners.
    • Advocate forquality and consistency throughout the sourcing and recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Contribute to Research & Strategy
    • Conductmarket mapping projects to identify talent pools in specific regions and provide insights to the Talent Acquisition team.
    • Analyzesourcing metrics to continuously optimize processes and improve efficiency.

    What You’ll Need:

    • Proven experience in sourcing/recruiting, with a focus on IT talent acquisition.
    • Strong research skills and expertise in platforms likeLinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub , and job boards.
    • Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills in English for engaging candidates and collaborating with stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability tobuild and maintain talent pipelines effectively.
    • Proficiency in managinginterview scheduling and candidate interactions.
    • Strong organizational andanalytical skills for market research and reporting.
    • Self-motivation to thrive as an independent, remote worker with minimal supervision.

    Hiring Process:

    Initial Interview + Live Sourcing Challenge

    • 45 minutes with a Talent Acquisition Partner, including a5-10 minute live sourcing challenge to showcase your approach.

    Final Interview

    • 45 minutes with the Head of Talent Acquisition to discuss team fit, collaboration style, and any remaining questions.
