For our Market Unit Financial Services, we are looking for an addition to our project management. In this role, you will focus on managing complex and varied IT projects in the banking and insurance environment. You will have end-to-end responsibility in the team for the smooth execution of our projects and thus shape tomorrow’s software landscape of the Swiss financial industry. With your organizational skills and strong customer focus, you solve even the trickiest situations and motivate the team anew every day so that we can celebrate successes together. • Leading and overseeing IT projects with a focus on the financial industry
• Actively managing project risks and problems
• Managing stakeholders at different hierarchical levels
• Advising clients on their project challenges
• Leading international project teams
• Project planning, controlling, and reporting
• Planning personnel deployment for different project phases
• Guaranteeing the flow of information and ensuring that the solutions developed meet our high quality standards
• Actively identifying potential business opportunities for Adnovum and follow up together with the account manager
• Preparing offers, contracts, and offer presentations in cooperation with the account manager

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (university, ETH, university of applied sciences) in computer science, business informatics, or similar
• At least 6 years of experience in managing IT projects in the financial environment, ideally in IT consulting
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience in sales/presales (cross- and up-selling), as well as in creating and negotiating offers and contracts
• Self-sufficiency, professional demeanor in contact with various stakeholders and strong communication skills at different hierarchical levels
• Fluency in German and English
