Job Description
Join our team as an LCS Sales Coordinator, where you will handle inquiries, quotations, and orders in our Krones system while ensuring effective communication with customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Autonomous creation and processing of simple to moderately complex inquiries, quotations and orders in the current Krones system landscape, taking into account country and customer specifics in various sales organizations.
- Individual communication and correspondence with customers and internal departments.
- Coordinating contact person for the respective interface areas along the process chain.
- Handling of all spare parts quotation for the assigned customers in the region.
- Leading customer discussions for the proactive sale of spare parts (lead generation).
Your Profile
- Graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Extensive knowledge of customs regulations, directives, and standards of MENA countries.
- Expert knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications.
- Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service and client relations skills.
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
