Job Description:
- Coordination and networking of all sustainability initiatives
- Target group-oriented communication of sustainability-related topics
- Project management and controlling of sustainability projects
- Preparing the content of sustainability issues
- Assistance to the Vice-Rector for Digitalisation and Sustainability
Your Profile:
- Completed diploma or master\’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in sustainability, transformation and project management; ideally with sustainability networks, experience in large organizational structures, and inter- and transdisciplinary cooperation. Knowledge of university structures is an advantage.
- Ability to think and act strategically and in a networked manner, very good German and English skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, above-average communication skills, goal orientation, and problem-solving ability
Salary: For this position in job group IVa, a minimum gross salary of € 3.266 per month (14 times) is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
