As the German market leader for real estate, at ImmoScout24 we want to make hard decisions easy. Our cornerstone lies in delivering exceptional user experiences. Within our central UX-function, consisting of three UX Teams, their respective Team Leads, and the Head of UX, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of real estate through cutting-edge technology. As a UX Designer, you’ll be at the forefront, translating our vision into reality for diverse target audiences via bi-weekly Discovery Sprints. Being an integral part of one of our Commercial UX Teams, you’ll drive the success of our flagship consumer products. As #OneTeam we will create industry-leading, intuitive and future-proof experiences.

How your role will look like:

• Identify, prioritize, and drive design initiatives in collaboration with product/UX leadership and executives.
• Evaluate and report usability risks based on UX standards, user interviews, co-creation, design audits, and competitor analyses.
• Ensure design quality within your project scope and work closely with Tech and Product teams to implement designs using JTBD, information architecture maps, flow diagrams, heuristics, and interaction design principles.
• Create clickable prototypes to showcase key hand-device interactions, aiming to deliver delightful and intuitive end-to-end user experiences.

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience (a background in Tech or HCI is a plus).
• Completed design studies; studies in unrelated fields (e.g., Sport Science, Psychology, Human Factors) are also welcome.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping, with experience working with or developing design systems.
• Expertise or additional qualifications in accessibility and/or Semantic Interaction Design are ideal.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience in responsive design and native app design, with the ability to handle technical constraints and limitations.
• Strong understanding of agile product development and experience working in Jira/Confluence.
• Proficiency in Interaction Design with a passion for aesthetics, flow logic, and simplicity in design.
• Fluency in both German and English.
