Business Partner Process Manager (m/w/d) MV-VV

Your Role

As our Global Process Owner, you will be responsible for our MDM on one side and will work with a 30 people strong Shared Service Center on the other. Focused on process creation, you’ll be supported by a team of 12 at our Hamburg branch and work hand in hand with the responsible Product Owners.

Your Responsibilities

• Define, implement and govern global process standards for the business partner master data maintenance.
• Drive continuous business partner data maintenance process improvements.
• Management of the teams in the Shared Service Centers (SSCs) in 3 locations: Belgrade, Cebu, and Costa Rica.
• Goal setting for the SSC locations; weekly, monthly & yearly performance monitoring and review with the SSC Team Leads.
• SSC trainings, performance management, and resource planning based on the company strategy or different project requirements.
• Standardizing reports for the performance measurement of the SSCs.
• Provide working instructions to the Team Leads for each task performed by the SSC teams and regular updates of those, in line with the master data system new releases.

Your Skills and Experiences

• 3+ years knowledge in Master Data Management.
• University Degree (e.g., Business Administration).
• A strong stakeholder focus.
• Good understanding of process development/optimization.
• Good communication skills to lead and delegate within a globally acting team.
• Professional English language skills.
• Project Management skills – nice to have.
