Practice assistant (m/f/d) in Hamburg for primary care practice
We believe that general medicine has not yet arrived in the 21st century and would like to change that in our practices. How exactly? Modern and inviting practice design developed by our own team of architects. Less administration due to consistent digitization, such as automatic appointment booking via the app without constant phone calls. A team-based culture, made up of colleagues who are on the same wavelength.

Your Responsibilities
- Reception including patient admission and recording of data in our practice system
- Operation of our digital practice system (including initial training)
- Explain and communicate the Avi concept & Avi benefits to our patients
- Helping patients use the Avi app
- Assistance with practice organization (e.g. ordering and disinfecting medical devices)
- Helping patients enroll in our Avi Medical-specific programs (e.g. family doctor program)
- Be there for each other as a team & help each other
What do you bring
- Experience in patient or customer care from the customer care or hotel industry
- You have a commitment of at least 35 hours per week
- Sensitivity, patient orientation and joy in working with people
- Interest in continuing education and training
- A desire to implement new ideas
- Very good written and spoken German and basic English skills
