We are looking for a passionate new team member to join us as a Business Development Manager – OEM Partnerships (d/f/m).
OEM’s are playing a major role in Mobile.de ’s future as we gain momentum with our ambition to grow in the New Car space and match our leading role we already have in the Used Car market.This role is crucial in progressing our commercial and strategic OEM relationships.
We want to inspire and motivate OEMs to work with Mobile.de across all our business units from New Car integrations to Used Car pricing insights. We have access to a wealth of data and solutions to work with and it is the OEM team’s responsibility to bring this to life.
About the Team: You will join a team with extensive OEM experience, diverse complementary skills, and a shared passion for unlocking untapped potential. The OEM team maintains a close collaboration with Strategy, Analytics, Sales, Marketing and Product & Tech.You will directly report to the Director of OEM Partnerships.
What you’ll do:

Develop relationships with different departments of OEMs: Headquarters / NSC, retail, branch and captive entities to achieve medium and long-term goals.

Create joint sales programs and collaboration formats based on your understanding of the market, competition and technology trends.

Share business insights, build business cases to prove added value and negotiate contracts.

Take over the account & project lead of assigned OEMs.

Implement initiatives as part of a cross-functional team with colleagues fromStrategy, Product & Tech, Marketing and Analytics.

Manage revenue targets and metrics to measure success

Who you are:

University Degree (BA, MA, diploma)
-
3+ years of relevant experience in an OEM, digital or automotive business environment

Great understanding of OEM organizational structure and working model

Knowledge of data analysis/BI Tools and the ability to translate it into data led stories

Experience with management of multiple high-profile projects simultaneously

Excellent verbal and written skills in both, German and English
-
Willingness to travel: up to 20%
