Walt Disney Imagineering-Germany is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor that is responsible for preparing and arranging pallets in the warehouse as well as maintaining the warehouse cleanliness. The goal of the Warehouse Supervisor is to increase efficiency and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
This position will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be on-site in Papenburg, Germany.
What You Will Do
- Check and validate receiving items in the warehouse with delivery document
- Report to leader if there are any damages/discrepancies
- Document items received with photos
- Ensure all pallets in the warehouse are properly labelled
- Prepare pallet for delivery or pick-up according to request
- Ensure pallets are properly arranged at designated location
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Ensure warehouse tools and equipment are stored at designated location
- Assist with warehouse inventory as needed
- Manage additional warehouse resources in the warehouse
Basic Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
- Highly effective supervisory skills and technique
- Computer literacy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to establish logical practical solutions
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift license
