We are a young, multicultural, and dynamic team and we are currently looking for a Junior DSP Advertising Manager. You will get the chance to work in a fantastic team, in a newly renovated, stylish office in the heart of Winterhude, Hamburg. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of programmatic advertising campaigns across various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).
  • Assist in the development of strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance based on business objectives.
  • Analyse campaign data and produce reports to evaluate campaign performance and recommend actions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Creative, Analytics).
  • Track, adjust, and optimise bids to improve profitability, with a focus on budgets and costs.
  • Work in constant contact with our marketing teams from Germany, Spain, France, and Italy to harmonise our strategies.

Your Profile:

  • First experience in the management of programmatic advertising campaigns or the Amazon DSP console.
  • You love numbers, have an analytical mind, and very good MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are a team player.
  • You like our philosophy and have a hands-on mentality.
