Uncrn is an innovative format, app and platform revolutionizing mobile storytelling. As we prepare for the beta launch of Uncrn in Europe, the US, and Asia, we’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team and drive awareness, engagement, and excitement for our app across diverse markets.
Tasks
- Develop and implement a strategic social media plan tailored for Europe, the US, and Asia, aligning with the app’s beta launch goals.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, graphics, etc.) to promote Uncrn across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms in targeted regions.
- Analyze market trends and cultural nuances to craft region-specific campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness and inform ongoing strategies.
- Build and nurture an engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and discussions.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to amplify Uncrn’s reach.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithms to keep Uncrn at the forefront of digital engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably with a global audience. Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Creativity, with a knack for creating content that stands out and drives engagement.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to create content relevant to diverse audiences in Europe, the US, and Asia.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions and time zones.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience working on app launches or tech startups. Knowledge of influencer marketing and community management. Multilingual skills are a plus.
