We are looking for a Professional (m/f/d) Health & Safety for the QSHE department throughout Germany as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

• You are responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and further development of the H&S management system at national level as well as all thematically related systems.
• You are the first point of contact for all H&S management issues.
• You support accident investigations and the generation of countermeasures.
• You are responsible for our audit management: conducting and evaluating internal system audits and inspections as well as accompanying external audits.
• You promote safety awareness among our employees and integrate occupational health and safety at national level.
• You will be involved in setting H&S targets and ensure their implementation with a focus on operational needs.
• You will be responsible for all sites in the Germany and Switzerland region.

THAT’S WHAT WE WANT:

• Your basis is a completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or comparable studies.
• You have completed further training as an H&S manager/auditor.
• Ideally, you have training as an auditor in the field of H&S (DIN EN ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001).
• You already have experience in planning and conducting audits.
• You have extensive expertise and sound experience in the field of occupational health and safety.
• You have excellent knowledge of the common MS Office applications.
• You communicate confidently in written and spoken English and German, ideally in combination with other foreign language skills.
• You have very good communication and presentation skills and a structured, strategic, solution- and goal-oriented way of working.
• Your strong willingness to travel and your very good interpersonal skills as well as a high degree of empathy round off your profile.
