Sustainable Procurement Manager – Max. 3 years (m/f/d)
Lead cross-functional and global sustainability projects from conception, structure, coordination and execution end-to-end within supply chain.
Ensure robust internal and external stakeholder management within different hierarchies.
Initiate and maintain a project timeline within measurable KPIs as well as a report structure for the mentioned project.
Collaborate closely with Process Managers, Global Process Owner, DIT and tool providers, coordinating demands towards DIT.
Manage and coordinate synergies within overlapping projects.
Lead cooperatively with impacted departments to create policies, training processes, and required documentation.
Ensure due-diligence strategy is defined and audits on demand are planned and supported.
Support data-driven decision making and data quality improvements.
Qualifications
University degree in economics and/or engineering.
At least 4 years of experience in procurement or corporate sustainability.
Long-term experience in cross-functional, international, and virtual teams.
Strong communication skills, reasoning power, and assertiveness.
Analytical as well as conceptual skills.
High level of personal initiative and responsibility.
Structured way of working and solution-oriented mindset.
Project management and presentation capabilities.
Fluent written and spoken English and German.
Part-time possible.
