Department Description:

Join our Microsoft 365 & SaaS team to help improve and expand our services for Erste Group. You will work with Product and Business Owners, Security Specialists and other colleagues to manage technical operations and incident resolution. Your responsibilities will include supporting new SaaS and Microsoft 365 Services such as Exchange Online, Teams, Office, and Planner.

What to do:

• Collaborate in an agile team to operate and enhance Microsoft 365 Services for 22,000 users.
• Advise and support business partners on new and existing features.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure smooth operation of Microsoft 365 Services.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and other SaaS Services to ensure the best possible user experience.
• Ensure compliance with our processes for secure and reliable service operation.
