Milano Vice is a dynamic and innovative food brand that collaborates with professional kitchens to craft and deliver delicious pizzas straight to customers‘ homes. Our mission is to create a new wave of pizza delivery.
We are looking for an Intern to support the growth and development of our Finance function. The focus lies on daily business controlling activities within the Growth and Operations departments.
This job will be full-time (40h/week).
Tasks
- Develop and Manage KPIs: Design and oversee Key Performance Indicators to monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement across various departments.
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable recommendations, driving strategic decision-making.
- Enhance Data Landscape: Evaluate and suggest improvements to the data architecture to ensure better insights and seamless collaboration between teams.
- Optimize Internal Workflows: Assess internal workflows, update and create process documentation, and contribute to the development and enhancement of internal systems and processes.
- Support Month-End Close & Reporting: Assist with the monthly financial close process, preparing reports for the management team and board of investors.
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel and Data Analysis : Ability to analyze complex datasets, create reports, and derive insights effectively.
- Basic Accounting Knowledge : Understanding of P&L statements, balance sheets, cash accounting, accrual-based accounting, accruals, and deferrals.
- Interest in Growth and Operations : Enthusiasm for working on initiatives that drive business expansion and operational efficiency.
- Strong Communication Skills : Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders effectively, with a collaborative and open approach. Fluency in english is a must.
- Experience with BI Tools : Familiarity with Tableau or similar tools for creating views and dashboards.
- SQL and Scripting Knowledge : Basic understanding of SQL or scripting for querying and automating tasks.
