Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Inhouse Account Manager to join our team in the workwear industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business clients. Primary responsibilities include driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients in the workwear & safety sector.
- Maintain and develop relationships with B2B customers to provide service and ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate with internal staff to share understanding of B2B customers and how to effectively support the system.
- Present & demonstrate our range of products to meet clients’ needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to drive sales initiatives.
- Foster operational excellence, enhancing existing customer service, refining processes and procedures, facilitating B2B stock movements and accuracy, and actively participating in the overall management systems and services within our team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market activities & competitors.
Selection Criteria
Experience
- Prior sales role of 3+ years, preferably in workwear and safety industry.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the workwear industry.
- Relevant product knowledge.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
