About the Role
As part of their expansion, the organisation is seeking a Senior Data Analyst —the first in this capacity—to play a pivotal role in driving data-led decision-making. This is a diverse and hands-on position offering significant scope to shape the role and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to identify how data can enhance operations and improve outcomes.
- Work closely with the CEO to ensure seamless data integration, cleansing, analysis, storage, and dashboard reporting for actionable insights.
- Utilise MS Dynamics365, Power BI, and the Microsoft Fabric technology stack to provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide clear insights across the organisation.
About You
To excel in this role, you will bring initiative, a keen eye for detail, and innovative thinking to drive data improvements and efficiencies. You will have:
- Proven experience with MS Dynamics365 and expertise in Power BI , including end-to-end deployment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and Power Query.
- Strong skills in data interpretation, analysis, report writing, and building dashboards.
- Experience in system integrations, preferably in not-for-profit or insurance settings, to streamline and automate processes.
- A solid understanding of modern data architecture practices to optimise storage and enhance data retrieval speeds.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
