The Opportunity

An all-encompassing role with a focus on Safety, People and Engagement, this newly created opportunity will allow you to bring your blend of skills into “one” diverse role.

As the Workplace Experience Specialist, you will wear a few different hats!

With an approach that is encouraging and engaging, you will take the lead in supporting and driving health and safety activities and people and workplace initiatives across the business. With a platform to make a meaningful impact, you will value the opportunity to work alongside functional peers and the broader division to create and embed an environment that promotes employee safety, productivity, satisfaction, and engagement.

Agile and adaptable, you are confident and comfortable managing the various hands-on elements of the position which include:

  • Safety – partner with site leaders to assist in maintaining and implementing various safety initiatives/requirements
  • Administrative Support – assist site leaders as required with people and culture administration, travel management, meeting & visitor coordination as well as managing vendors (essential services/catering and facilities maintenance)
  • Workplace & Technology Coordination – management and coordination of the office space promoting collaboration, creativity, and productivity
  • Employee Engagement – foster a positive environment through wellness initiatives/site events and activities

What we are looking for

Energetic, down-to-earth attitude with genuine enthusiasm to drive positive change in the workplace. You will also display a strong openness to learning and want to have a positive influence on how the business evolves and maintains its focus on how we make the workplace experience for our employees a great one!

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience or a genuine interest in Safety would be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated background in Administration, Site or Office Coordinator roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and communicate to people at all levels and adapt approach as required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an understanding of risk management principles and their application.
  • Energy and passion with a commitment to being a contributing member of a team
