In this development role, Straightcurve Australia is looking to welcome the right person into our team, to guide and nurture into a Superstar Account Manager for our QLD, Northern NSW and NT markets.

About the role
We have a dealer network that requires continual training and upskilling, we have professional buyers that seek the best solutions and advice, and we have everyday people wanting a little customer care.
The day to day – Initially, this will consist of familiarising yourself with our dealer network and will include visits and training sessions to improve their results. This will involve you getting around the QLD, Northern NSW and NT territories in short stints – don’t worry there will be plenty of home time too.
This is just the start, as you learn the ropes the role will evolve. Longer term we will be working to grow you into being the principal contact for landscapers, designers and architects in your regions. By this stage, you will be managing the brand in your regions, with the target of growing all buyer groups and working with key industry bodies.
About you
Are we looking for an existing sales or area manager? Probably not… We are looking for someone who’s ready to take the next step in their career to become an account manager.
