Role Responsibilities

  • Owns and manages the customer experience.
  • Has responsibility for end-to-end customer experience and inland transport planning.
  • Drives projects and forms processes.

We are looking for

  • People who like to form processes, create new workstreams and are creative in their day-to-day work.
  • A general understanding of SCM services and inner European transports is a must.
  • English and German speaking person.
  • Your role will contain the management of end-to-end rail shipments, FTL/LTL Shipment including financial aspects as well as full customer ownership.
  • You would be daily in touch with vendors, Maersk teams all over Europe and Customers.
