Our client is a multi-franchise, family-owned Dealership proudly based in North West Victoria. Due to business growth, they are seeking an experienced and motivated General Sales Manager to join their significant team.
About the Role:
The manager will oversee the showroom\’s day-to-day operations and foster an environment of growth by seeking out opportunities for expansion and developing new relationships with local businesses and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion.
- Recruit, onboard and train high-performance employees.
- Develop, implement and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
- Develop plans for optimized productivity.
- Delegate responsibilities to maintain policies, standards and training programs.
- Staff Management and Leadership.
- Maintain project timelines.
About You:
- A proven track record in motor vehicle sales to achieve sales, profitability and market share.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dealership experience and ability to deal with multiple franchises is essential.
