ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in our Bayswater Depot, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager to lead the team, and champion the day-to-day administrative functions of our waste management services being delivered in WA.
This department forms a key part of our service delivery and as the Administration Manager you will oversee all customer service, AP/AR, reports/tracking, sales administration and maintenance functions internally.
On a day-to-day basis, the work will include:
- Overseeing the team working to manage all daily administrative functions for the business
- Facilitating the flow of information between sales, operations, administration, and management
- Performing administrative functions including environmental compliance, office management, reporting tender assistance and operation support
- Training and upskilling staff as needed
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service and quality are met
