Senior Security & Compliance Manager, Data Centre
Location: Melbourne
Salary: $175k + super + bonus
Role Overview:
- Lead campus security operations and oversee site security incidents.
- Serve as an escalation point for security issues and provide after-hours support.
- Ensure timely response to security incidents and proper communication.
- Lead participation in security and compliance audits (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 1&2).
- Enhance compliance processes and improve security policies and procedures.
- Develop and lead on-the-job training programs.
- Oversee security projects and manage handovers.
- Address system performance issues and recommend improvements.
- Conduct safety inspections and report hazards or incidents.
- Interpret complex documents and deliver presentations on security and compliance.
Requirements:
- Must be a Citizen of Australia to obtain NV1 clearance
- Able to analyze situations, make quick decisions and formulate action plans.
- Able to investigate site incidents and provide detailed reports.
- Experience working with security service providers.
- Working knowledge of security software systems such as Gallagher, AMAG, Lenel.
- Working knowledge of video surveillance equipment.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2.
- Must be capable of creating and managing key performance metrics.
- Experienced training others in security procedures.
