Role Summary
We are searching for a motivated and results-driven Student Enrolment & Engagement Officer to lead our enrolments and enhance student engagement. This is a key role within our organisation, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the entire student enrolment process, from nurturing leads to finalising enrolments and supporting ongoing engagement.
You will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our organisation by managing leads from multiple marketing channels, fostering relationships with prospective families, and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience.
This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. You will work closely with a collaborative team, including the Operations Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Centre Receptionists, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Enrolment Process : Manage the customer journey from the initial enquiry stage to student enrolment, including organising assessments and finalising enrolment details.
- Engage and Nurture Leads : Proactively follow up with prospective students and families through discovery calls and email communications, ensuring timely conversions.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with the management team and staff to ensure a seamless and high-quality onboarding experience for all students.
- Optimise Enrolment Opportunities : Monitor and maintain class allocations, manage student groupings, and report enrolment progress to senior leadership.
- Deliver Excellence : Uphold high standards of service and communication to ensure strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
About You
As the ideal candidate, you are a self-starter with a proven track record in enrolments, client engagement , or a similar role. You thrive in dynamic environments, can juggle multiple priorities effectively, and have a passion for education and student success.
You will bring:
- Proven Experience in Enrolments and Engagement : At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, client services, or business administration, preferably within the education sector.
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills : The ability to engage with parents, students and staff across various channels, fostering strong relationships.
- Strong Organisational and Time-Management Abilities : A knack for managing multiple enrolments, deadlines, and student records with precision and efficiency.
- Customer-Centric Mindset : A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and creating positive enrolment experiences.
- Tech Savviness : Proficiency in using CRM tools, school management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and an aptitude for quickly mastering new systems.
- Adaptability and Resilience : The ability to handle changing priorities and resolve challenges calmly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in business administration , education , marketing or a related field are highly desirable.
