POSITION
The position of Manager to Senior Manager has been created due to rapid growth within the client base. This is a rare opportunity for a driven candidate to help this firm start a team from the bottom up. There will be extensive autonomy provided to build a team and client base the way you see fit!
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- At least 2 years management experience
- Stable employment history within reputable Top 100 firms
- Previous experience reviewing the work completed by junior staff
- Ability to win new business
- Ability to foster a positive team culture
- Very strong technical ability
- Exceptional communication and presentation (non-negotiable)
