Job Description:
MUST HAVE RETAINING WALL EXPERIENCE
- Contribute and work on some of the largest domestic & commercial projects in the state.
- Interpret technical drawings and adjust to any site variations through consultation with the client.
- Mentor and upskill junior staff members, providing guidance and fostering professional development to build a strong, capable team.
- Utilise creative problem-solving to overcome challenges and seek opportunities to improve business systems, to drive efficiency and growth.
- Experience the fulfilment of installing and overseeing a project from start to finish, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Contribute to changes in design to best achieve the client’s desired outcome, offering your insights to enhance project success and client satisfaction.
- Value the quality of the equipment and ensure its cleanliness and daily maintenance.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be driven by meeting commitments and project deadlines.
- Be team-oriented.
- Be committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Possess excellent machine operating skills.
- Bring extensive prior experience in a supervisory role and the ability to independently install a retaining wall.
Must have:
- Driver\’s License / Capable of driving a manual car
- White Card
- Excavator Ticket
