Senior Project Manager – Electronic Log Systems
Capstone are currently working with a Utilities organisation who are embarking on a major strategic program and require a Senior Project Manager.
You will oversee the implementation of the electronic log system project. The role involves replacing the existing obsolete e-log system with a modernised work permit management system. This new solution aims to streamline the process of issuing work permits and trouble orders for field teams, enhance compliance with safety regulations, and improve communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the e-Log project.
- Oversee the design and implementation of a modernised work permit and trouble order management system.
- Ensure alignment with safety regulations and organisational standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance communication and operational efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in leading technology-driven projects, preferably in the Utilities sector.
- Strong understanding of work permit systems and compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex project deliverables and meet deadlines.
