What is the opportunity?
This is an exciting NEWLY created opportunity due to growth of the business! You will be responsible for managing insurance repair claims. The focus will be performance and the relationship between the trade partners and our client.
What are we looking for?
You will have solid administration skills as well as excellent customer service and stakeholder management experience. We are looking for a team player who has demonstrated experience in showing initiative and sound reasoning.
Tasks will be broad and include:
- Handle and resolve complaints in a professional manner;
- Provide quality follow through and excellence in customer service;
- Actively engage in WHS activities;
- Monitor repair costs;
- Ensure relevant costs are paid and clients are billed correctly.
