Senior Research Engineer – Process Integration (all genders) // Job-ID: 139-1
Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of new projects in terms of feasibility and resources
- Introduction of new technologies, flows, and products
- Fabrication project management
- Build quality procedures and control tables
- Interface between internal/external partners to the clean room team
- Interaction and communication with the process team, PMs, business development, QM, etc.
Your Profile:
- Master / PhD in relevant engineering field or Bachelor with equivalent experience
- 7+ years of work experience, at least partially in a semiconductor industrial company
- At least 3 years of experience as a process integration engineer or equivalent (quality/inline/several process departments)
- Experience in non-CMOS technologies, such as MEMS, photonics, III-V.
- Experience in a research environment
- High organization and methodology skills
- Flexibility and fast learning abilities
- Ability to lead teams and motivate team members
- High proficiency in English

For this position, we offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your experience and qualifications, starting with a minimum salary of EUR 65.000 (annual, based on an All-in contract and bonus).
