Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

  • Master’s degree in economics or business administration.
  • Master’s degree in social sciences.
  • University degree in international relations.

Work Experience:

  • Experience in procedures and practices, preferably within the UN system or in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience in implementing complex technical assistance projects.
  • Experience in developing and implementing technical cooperation and development projects.
  • Experience in developing and implementing capacity building programs.
  • Experience working with government institutions and international or non-governmental organizations supporting gender.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required.
  • Knowledge of another official UN language (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish) is desirable (both oral and written).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing collected data to assess the effectiveness and impact of interventions.
  • Preparing the project’s annual budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of resources.
  • Facilitating and contributing to regular meetings with project team members and stakeholders to discuss findings.
  • Coordinating with external evaluators or auditors as needed for independent assessments.
  • Mainstreaming project activities into the workplan.
