Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree in economics or business administration.
- Master’s degree in social sciences.
- University degree in international relations.
Work Experience:
- Experience in procedures and practices, preferably within the UN system or in a multicultural environment.
- Experience in implementing complex technical assistance projects.
- Experience in developing and implementing technical cooperation and development projects.
- Experience in developing and implementing capacity building programs.
- Experience working with government institutions and international or non-governmental organizations supporting gender.
Languages:
- Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required.
- Knowledge of another official UN language (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish) is desirable (both oral and written).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing collected data to assess the effectiveness and impact of interventions.
- Preparing the project’s annual budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of resources.
- Facilitating and contributing to regular meetings with project team members and stakeholders to discuss findings.
- Coordinating with external evaluators or auditors as needed for independent assessments.
- Mainstreaming project activities into the workplan.
