Eximm is seeking an experienced, professional and well-presented team member to efficiently manage and co-ordinate our current guard & patrol operations.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the daily management of security guards and patrols, including rosters and operational requirements, and will have the ability to find solutions to challenges quickly and accurately.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours, Thursday to Monday.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the guard & patrol component of the business is functioning efficiently and professionally at all times.
- Ensure contractual requirements are met and that every customer experience is of the highest possible standard.
- Coordinate the provision of training and inductions for new staff.
- Manage security staff qualifications and site requirements.
- Develop & implement SOP & SWMS.
- Daily management of guard and patrol personnel.
- Rosters, timesheets & management reporting.
- Develop strong customer relationships, analyse customer needs and prepare appropriate quotes/proposals.
- Actively seek new business opportunities.
You will need a current QLD Security Licence , the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, be honest, ethical and highly organised to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment.
