With the associated areas of Campus Services, Purchasing, Logistics and Materials Management, we ensure the economic and smooth flow of goods and services for the scientific community. Given the large number of requirements and orders, the strategy in the division is geared towards gradual digitalization. For the Purchasing and Materials Management division, we are therefore looking for an IT Process Manager to shape the digitalization of these tasks for the entire division. Strengthen this area as IT Process Manager / Digitization Scout (f/m/d) Part-time with up to 30 hours per week Your tasks: Identification and documentation of user-oriented digital processes and IT solutions, taking into account upstream and downstream processes as well as their optimization and implementation Advising the responsible decision-makers Preparation of specifications and cost-benefit analyses Strengthening and supporting (including training) employees in the use of IT solutions, including as key users: in SAP and windream, as well as any other software solutions used Taking on the role of digitalization scout for the entire Purchasing and Materials Management division, who develops recommendations for action and concepts for digitalization along the process chain and acts as an interface to the organizational units involved in the continuation of processes in terms of content Your profile: Completed studies in business informatics (Bachelor) or comparable qualification Ideally first relevant practical experience in the field of e-commerce (especially catalog management) Ideally very good knowledge of SAP (R/3, Ariba and S/4HANA) Desirable knowledge in the use of RPA / bots or similar IT process tools Relevant professional experience, preferably also in project management Independent and permanent monitoring of technological IT development Your profile is rounded off by: Goal orientation, analytical approach and good communication skills Sense of responsibility, reliability and ability to work in a team Independent, structured and systematic way of working Above-average ability to work together cooperatively High degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness Our offer: We work on highly topical socially relevant issues and offer you the opportunity to actively shape change We support you in your work through: Comprehensive training programs and individual opportunities for personal and professional development Comprehensive company health management Optimal conditions for balancing work and private life as well as a family-conscious company policy The opportunity to work flexibly (in terms of location), e.g. from home Part-time work of up to 30 hours per week and flexible working hours 30 days vacation (depending on the chosen working time model) as well as all bridge days and always off duty between Christmas and New Year In addition to exciting tasks and a collegial working environment, we offer you much more: Website.
