The Data platform is ready to go! We are looking for a senior Data Delivery Lead to enable teams across the enterprise to start implementing new tools and use the full potential of their Data.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to deliver data solutions within a global enterprise.
- Oversee the delivery of approx. 10 data projects at any one time.
- Uplift other delivery leads and drive alignment between technical teams and business goals.
- This role focuses on managing execution (“who, what, and when”) while supporting business partners with prioritisation and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with technical leaders driving adoption of a newly launched data platform.
- Bridge technical and business needs, ensuring smooth stakeholder management.
- Support the adoption of the new data platform across multiple business verticals.
- Work closely with Heads of AI, ML, Data Engineering to manage delivery of various projects.
- Guide other delivery leads to enhance project execution.
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to balance technical delivery and business engagement.
- Comfortable managing team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
- Highly technical background with experience in client facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills to speak both technical and business languages.
- Willingness to travel to Sydney or Brisbane for workshops and meetings.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Enterprise level background is a plus.
